Learn more about vaccines without fear or judgement from Dr. Dwight Sublett, Pediatrician and President of the Oklahoma Chapter for the American Academy of Pediatrics.

 

Unlike other forums, it is not intended to scare people into or out of anything, or to tell you what to do. Our town hall is simply intended to help families feel more empowered and informed about their children's vaccines, instead of confused or conflicted. Whether you are a parent hesitant about vaccines or in favor of them, our goal is to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

 

This virtual town hall is designed around answering common questions about vaccination such as:

• How are vaccines made and what's in them?

• What is the best way to schedule vaccines?

• For families interested in natural health, what role do vaccines play and why are they so most important? 

• How does a family sort through all the various claims about vaccines that seem to be so contradictory at times?

The town hall is sponsored by the Oklahoma Alliance for Healthy Families in partnership with the Oklahoma PTA. 

 

About Dwight T. Sublett, M.D.

Dwight T. Sublett, M.D., is a board certified pediatrician practicing general pediatrics in Stillwater for over thirty years. With a love of children and a desire to build partnerships with his patients’ families, Dr. Sublett provides the best pediatric care possible. Patients remark on his kind mannerism and his friendly and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Sublett earned his medical degree at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. He completed his pediatric residency at Oklahoma Children’s Memorial Hospital. He currently serves as the President of the Oklahoma Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
